Registration

The 14th C1-inhibitor Deficiency and Angioedema Workshop has a three-step secure registration system:

  1. The 1st step is to register your e-mail address and give your selected password. After doing so you may sign in and continue the procedure. Please note, that there is no way for group registration, one e-mail address can be used for one application.
  2. The 2nd step (“pre-registration”) involves including your personal details. This step is necessary if you would like to submit your abstract. If your affiliation is not in the database yet, please press “Add affiliation” and enter the data in that sheet.
  3. In the 3rd step, please select your registration category and, if it is the case, additional optional fees. After completing this stage, you will be notified as becoming “Registered”.

Payment can be completed separately, in a subsequent stage, from the “Registration” page. Online hotel reservation is also possible.

Registration fee for symposium participants covers:

  • Participation in the scientific programme
  • Admission to the exhibition
  • Electronic version of the Book of Abstracts
  • Conference bag with conference materials
  • Welcome reception (29 May)
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches (29-30 May, 1 June)
  • Conference dinners (30-31 May)

Registration fee for accompanying persons covers:

  • Welcome reception (29 May)
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches (29-30 May, 1 June)
  • Conference dinners (30-31 May)
  • Accompanying persons’ registration fee is not valid for admission to the scientific part of the Conference, and these fees do not include conference materials, only social events.

Registration will be acknowledged in writing. Official invoices and receipts for fees paid by the participants will be handed over on site upon registration. On site, registration fees and optional programmes can be paid in cash in convertible currency or in Hungarian Forint. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted. They should be cashed at the banks.

Credit Card

For the onlinde payment VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, Card number are suitable with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder and CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only VISA and EC/MC). Terms and conditions of participation

Advanced online registration is a condition of participation in the Workshop. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The registration fee/accompanying person’s registration fee includes entertainment allowances, such as catering services, reception, cultural event, dinner etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service. Hotel accommodation orders (if any) are also subject of intermediary service. See also the general terms and conditions here.


Cancellation policy

All cancellations are accepted only in writing addressed to diamond@diamond-congress.hu.

Registration fee

For registration cancellations received prior to 20 March 2025, the refund is 100%.

From 20 March 2025 to 20 April 2025, the refund is 50%.

No refund is possible for cancellations submitted on or after 20 April 2025.
